Good Sports knows that an adult’s behaviour is informed by their attitudes and beliefs. As such, key to the Good Sports mission is helping New Zealand adults improve their own awareness about how they behave in children’s sport, and why they behave the way they do.
We run a series of courses and workshops to provoke adults to critically think about how they support children in sport. We also train community champions in the art of provoking adults to critically think about how they support children in sport.
Our main offerings include:
Good Sports Workshop
Book a Good Sports Developer to work with adults in your club, school or community.
Good Sports Developers Course
Become Good Sports Developers and learn how to champion positive change for children in your sport community.
A provoking workshops for decision makers in the Community Sport Sector. Be challenged to critically examine how you deliver sport to Kiwi kids.
