Coach Development Advisor
Aktive is currently seeking a Coach Development Advisor.
Reporting to the Coaching & Sector Development Manager, you will be working as part of a passionate team focused on helping sporting organisations, coaches, teachers, athletes and parents align to a values-based approach that drives positive coaching and athlete development behaviour. You will do this by providing leadership to deliver and further develop a range of coach development initiatives as part of The Auckland Approach to Community Sport.
You will bring significant coach development experience and skills to the Auckland Coaching & Talent Development group, relish the opportunity to meet challenging KPIs and deliver outstanding results for the coaching community and wider sport sector, including Regional Sports Trusts (RSTs), National Sports Organisations (NSOs), Regional Sports Organisations (RSOs), clubs, schools and other providers.
This role will involve working at various locations throughout Auckland and require the ability to be flexible with work hours, which will include some evenings and weekends.
